Oven-Baked Chewy Naturipe Strawberries

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb Naturipe Strawberries
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 225°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Slice strawberries lengthwise into ¼-inch pieces.
