This fresh and vibrant Caprese Salad combines sweet strawberries, creamy avocado, and juicy cherry tomatoes, making for a refreshing and light summer dish.

INGREDIENTS

  • Salad
  • 1 cup Naturipe Strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or thinly sliced
  • 1–2 tbsp balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar + honey)
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Cracked black pepper for a kick
  • Toasted pine nuts or chopped pistachios for crunch
  • Baby arugula for more greens

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, gently combine strawberries, avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss gently to combine, being careful not to mash the avocado.
  5. Serve immediately as a fresh summer starter or side.
