Naturipe Strawberry Avocado Caprese Salad

This fresh and vibrant Caprese Salad combines sweet strawberries, creamy avocado, and juicy cherry tomatoes, making for a refreshing and light summer dish.
INGREDIENTS
- Salad
- 1 cup Naturipe Strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or thinly sliced
- 1–2 tbsp balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar + honey)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Toasted pine nuts or chopped pistachios for crunch
- Baby arugula for more greens
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, gently combine strawberries, avocado, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently to combine, being careful not to mash the avocado.
- Serve immediately as a fresh summer starter or side.
