Springtime Strawberry Balsamic Grilled Chicken Salad Wrap

Be a springtime wrap artist with juicy Naturipe strawberries, grilled chicken, mixed greens, and feta cheese – all coming together with a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.
Light, fresh, protein-packed and perfect for a quick lunch or meal prep.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced, about 1 ½ - 2 lbs
- 4 cups fresh spring greens
- 1 cup Naturipe strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped pecans (optional for crunch)
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
- 4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the ingredients: Grill and slice or shred the chicken. Slice the strawberries and red onion.
- Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and layer mixed greens, grilled chicken, strawberries, feta cheese, and red onion. Sprinkle nuts if using.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette, then fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a perfect grab-and-go meal.
