Be a springtime wrap artist with juicy Naturipe strawberries, grilled chicken, mixed greens, and feta cheese – all coming together with a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.

Light, fresh, protein-packed and perfect for a quick lunch or meal prep.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced, about 1 ½ - 2 lbs
  • 4 cups fresh spring greens
  • 1 cup Naturipe strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped pecans (optional for crunch)
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Grill and slice or shred the chicken. Slice the strawberries and red onion.
  2. Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and layer mixed greens, grilled chicken, strawberries, feta cheese, and red onion. Sprinkle nuts if using.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette, then fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  4. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a perfect grab-and-go meal.
