Naturipe Pickled Blueberries

A unique sweet and savory preserve that pairs beautifully with cheese boards, salads, or roasted meats.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups fresh Naturipe Blueberries
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black peppercorns
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 strip lemon peel
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
DIRECTIONS
- Simmer the Brine: Combine vinegar, water, sugar, honey, salt, and spices in a small saucepan. Simmer until the sugar and salt are completely dissolved.
- Jar the Berries: Place fresh blueberries into a clean glass jar and pour the warm liquid over them.
- Cool and Cure: Allow to cool to room temperature, then seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
