Blueberry Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

A high-protein, trend-forward frozen treat featuring sweet Naturipe blueberries and a creamy cottage cheese base.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Naturipe blueberries
  • 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend the base Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Freeze Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami container. Freeze for at least 12 hours or overnight.
  3. Prep for processing Let container defrost at room temperature on the counter for 15 minutes.
  4. Process Blend on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting. Re-spin if needed.
  5. Serve Scoop into bowls and enjoy!

Pro Tips:

  • Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth before freezing to avoid a grainy texture.
