Blueberry Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

A high-protein, trend-forward frozen treat featuring sweet Naturipe blueberries and a creamy cottage cheese base.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Naturipe blueberries
- 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 1 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Blend the base Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Freeze Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami container. Freeze for at least 12 hours or overnight.
- Prep for processing Let container defrost at room temperature on the counter for 15 minutes.
- Process Blend on the “Lite Ice Cream” setting. Re-spin if needed.
- Serve Scoop into bowls and enjoy!

- Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth before freezing to avoid a grainy texture.
