A creamy, antioxidant-rich smoothie blending Naturipe’s 4-Berry Mix with avocado for a vibrant, nutritious drink. Great for breakfast or a pre-workout boost.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Naturipe Frozen 4-Berry Blend
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • ½ banana (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia or flaxseed
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 2–3 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add more milk or ice to adjust texture.
  • Serve immediately.
