Holiday Roast with Naturipe Blueberry Pan Sauce

A centerpiece holiday roast paired with a glossy, sweet-savory Naturipe blueberry pan sauce. Elegant, flavorful, and perfect for entertaining.

INGREDIENTS

  • Beef or pork roast
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic & rosemary
  • 1 cup Naturipe Blueberries (or 2 cups for thicker sauce)
  • ½ cup broth
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar or red wine
  • 1–2 tbsp honey
  • Butter (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Recipe Instructions:

  • Season roast with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
  • Sear in a hot skillet until browned.
  • Roast at 375°F until done.
  • Remove roast and use the same pan to make sauce.
  • Add blueberries, broth, balsamic, and honey.
  • Simmer until berries soften and liquid thickens.
  • Stir in butter for shine.
  • Slice meat and spoon blueberry sauce over top.
  • Garnish with herbs and extra berries.

Pro Tips:

  • Reduce sauce an extra 5–7 minutes for an ultra-glossy finish.
