Naturipe Four-Berry Cream Tart

A show-stopping dessert featuring a silky mascarpone filling and a vibrant medley of fresh Naturipe berries.
INGREDIENTS
- Crust (Choose One)
- 1 refrigerated sugar cookie dough roll
- 1 pre-made 9–10” shortbread/tart crust
- Filling
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese (softened)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Topping
- 1 cup Naturipe Strawberries, hulled & sliced
- 1/2 cup Naturipe Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Naturipe Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Naturipe Blackberries
- Optional: fresh mint leaves, light dusting of powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Make the crust: If using cookie dough, press into a tart pan and bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes. Cool completely.
- Make the filling: Beat mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cheese mixture.
- Assemble: Spread cream mixture evenly into the cooled crust. Arrange the four types of berries on top.
- Garnish: Add mint and a light dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
- Chill: Refrigerate at least 1 hour before slicing.
