Naturipe Four-Berry Cream Tart

A show-stopping dessert featuring a silky mascarpone filling and a vibrant medley of fresh Naturipe berries.

INGREDIENTS

  • Crust (Choose One)
  • 1 refrigerated sugar cookie dough roll
  • 1 pre-made 9–10” shortbread/tart crust
  • Filling
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese (softened)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Topping
  • 1 cup Naturipe Strawberries, hulled & sliced
  • 1/2 cup Naturipe Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Naturipe Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Naturipe Blackberries
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves, light dusting of powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Make the crust: If using cookie dough, press into a tart pan and bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Make the filling: Beat mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into the cheese mixture.
  3. Assemble: Spread cream mixture evenly into the cooled crust. Arrange the four types of berries on top.
  4. Garnish: Add mint and a light dusting of powdered sugar if desired.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate at least 1 hour before slicing.
