Creamy Naturipe Avocado Deviled Eggs

Give your deviled eggs a fresh, flavorful twist with Naturipe Avocados! This recipe swaps out some of the mayo for rich, creamy avocado, making every bite smooth and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1 ripe Naturipe Avocado, mashed
- 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp lime juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or chives (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Halve the eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
- Mash the yolks in a bowl with the mashed Naturipe Avocado, mayo, mustard, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika and garnish with cilantro or chives.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
