Creamy Naturipe Avocado Deviled Eggs

Give your deviled eggs a fresh, flavorful twist with Naturipe Avocados! This recipe swaps out some of the mayo for rich, creamy avocado, making every bite smooth and delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1 ripe Naturipe Avocado, mashed
  • 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or chives (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Halve the eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the yolks in a bowl with the mashed Naturipe Avocado, mayo, mustard, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and garnish with cilantro or chives.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

🥑 Pro Tip: To keep the avocado from browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the filling before refrigerating.
