Chocolate-Dipped Naturipe Strawberries

Classic, elegant, and irresistibly simple, sweet Naturipe strawberries dipped in rich chocolate and finished with customizable toppings.

INGREDIENTS

  • Strawberries & Chocolate
  • 1 package Naturipe Strawberries
  • 8 oz chocolate (semi-sweet, dark, or milk)
  • Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil (for smoother chocolate)
  • Optional Toppings
  • White Chocolate
  • Chopped nuts (pistachio, almond)
  • Shredded coconut
  • Sprinkles
  • Crushed freeze-dried berries
  • Flaky sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash strawberries and dry completely. Leave stems on.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt chocolate (and coconut oil if using) in the microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each, or using a double boiler.
  4. Hold strawberries by the stem and dip about ⅔ of each berry into chocolate.
  5. Let excess chocolate drip off, then add toppings if desired.
  6. Place on prepared tray and chill 15–30 minutes until set.

Pro Tips:

  • Water causes chocolate to seize. Dry berries thoroughly.
  • Drizzle with white chocolate for a bakery-style finish.
  • Add flaky sea salt for a sweet-savory upgrade.
  • Try “tuxedo” berries by double-dipping in dark and white chocolate.
