Chocolate-Dipped Naturipe Strawberries

Classic, elegant, and irresistibly simple, sweet Naturipe strawberries dipped in rich chocolate and finished with customizable toppings.
INGREDIENTS
- Strawberries & Chocolate
- 1 package Naturipe Strawberries
- 8 oz chocolate (semi-sweet, dark, or milk)
- Optional: 1 tsp coconut oil (for smoother chocolate)
- Optional Toppings
- White Chocolate
- Chopped nuts (pistachio, almond)
- Shredded coconut
- Sprinkles
- Crushed freeze-dried berries
- Flaky sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Wash strawberries and dry completely. Leave stems on.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate (and coconut oil if using) in the microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each, or using a double boiler.
- Hold strawberries by the stem and dip about ⅔ of each berry into chocolate.
- Let excess chocolate drip off, then add toppings if desired.
- Place on prepared tray and chill 15–30 minutes until set.
Pro Tips:
- Water causes chocolate to seize. Dry berries thoroughly.
- Drizzle with white chocolate for a bakery-style finish.
- Add flaky sea salt for a sweet-savory upgrade.
- Try “tuxedo” berries by double-dipping in dark and white chocolate.
