A creamy and nutrient-packed smoothie that blends the natural sweetness of Naturipe strawberries with seasonal pumpkin and warm spices. Balanced with banana and Greek yogurt, this smoothie is a cozy yet refreshing treat that’s perfect for breakfast or a post-workout boost. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Naturipe Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
  • 1 small banana (frozen works best for creaminess)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ½ cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon + nutmeg)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add strawberries, pumpkin purée, banana, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and pumpkin spice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust sweetness to taste, add ice if you like it thicker, and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top if you like, and enjoy!
