A fun, portable take on the classic strawberry shortcake—perfect for parties and game days.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Naturipe Strawberries, hulled (halve if large)
  • 1 prepared pound cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Whipped cream
  • Optional: Chocolate syrup, fresh mint
  • Wooden skewers

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prep: Wash and hull strawberries. Cut the cake into uniform cubes.
  2. Assemble: Thread onto skewers, alternating strawberries and cake cubes.
  3. Add Cream: Add dollops of whipped cream between layers or pipe on top.
  4. Finish: Drizzle with chocolate syrup and garnish with mint. Serve immediately or chill.

 

Pro Tip: For extra crunch, lightly toast the pound cake cubes before assembling.
