Naturipe Blueberry-Lime Jalapeño Guacamole

A fresh twist on classic guacamole with juicy Naturipe blueberries, zesty lime, and a subtle jalapeño kick. Sweet, savory, and perfect for entertaining.
INGREDIENTS
- Guacamole
- 3 ripe Naturipe avocados
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries (plus extra for topping)
- 1/3 cup of red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 small jalapeño, finely diced (remove seeds for less heat)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 tsp salt (plus more to taste)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Black pepper, to taste
- Optional Add-Ins
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1–2 tbsp crumbled feta or cotija (surprisingly great)
- Pinch of cumin
DIRECTIONS
- Mash the avocados – Scoop avocados into a bowl and mash to your preferred texture (chunky is best here).
- Add the flavor base – Stir in lime zest + juice, cilantro, red onion, jalapeño, and salt.
- Fold in blueberries – Gently fold in blueberries (try not to smash them all—some whole berries make it pop).
- Taste + adjust – Add more lime, salt, or jalapeño depending on your vibe.
- Serve – Top with extra blueberries, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
Pro Tips:
- Use just-ripe avocados for the best texture.
- Add blueberries at the end to keep them intact.
- For extra heat, leave a few jalapeño seeds in.
