Naturipe Avocado & Strawberry Dessert Nachos

These dessert nachos are built for Cinco fun—cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips topped with mashed avocado drizzle, sliced Naturipe Strawberries, a touch of dark chocolate, and whipped cream. It’s a little unexpected, a lot delicious, and totally worthy of the spotlight.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon + 2 tbsp sugar (mixed)
  • 1 ripe Naturipe avocado
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup sliced Naturipe strawberries
  • Drizzle: melted dark chocolate
  • Topping: whipped cream or dairy-free whip

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tortillas into wedges.
  2. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Bake 8–10 min until crisp.
  4. Mash avocado with honey until smooth.
  5. Assemble “nachos” with chips, avocado drizzle, strawberries, chocolate, and whipped cream.
