Naturipe Avocado & Strawberry Dessert Nachos

These dessert nachos are built for Cinco fun—cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips topped with mashed avocado drizzle, sliced Naturipe Strawberries, a touch of dark chocolate, and whipped cream. It’s a little unexpected, a lot delicious, and totally worthy of the spotlight.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon + 2 tbsp sugar (mixed)
- 1 ripe Naturipe avocado
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup sliced Naturipe strawberries
- Drizzle: melted dark chocolate
- Topping: whipped cream or dairy-free whip
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tortillas into wedges.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake 8–10 min until crisp.
- Mash avocado with honey until smooth.
- Assemble “nachos” with chips, avocado drizzle, strawberries, chocolate, and whipped cream.
