Five daily servings of fruits and vegetables isn’t enough, try seven

Eating your Fruits and Vegetables is extremely important to your overall health. Each provides different essential vitamins and nutrients that aid in a healthy and happy life. Well the age old saying “Strive for Five” meaning eating five servings of fruits and veggies is on its way out! A new study from the Journal of epidemiology and community health says to ditch the “five” and say hello to “seven”.
