I am almost 29 weeks pregnant and I am feeling pretty good. Thank goodness the nausea stopped at week 23. I am extremely tired though! I am tempted to stay in bed all day but then I remember I have a toddler, husband, and blog that need me. So I get up every day and do my best to get things done.
No matter how tired I am, I try to workout five days a week. I do the elliptical/weights three days a week and go to an exercise class two days a week. I also try to sneak in bonus walks when it is nice outside. My workouts aren’t as intense as I would like them to be, but at least I am doing something. I am training for a marathon so I need to keep as active as possible. No, I am not running a marathon, but giving birth is my upcoming marathon…and I can’t turn back now!
After my workouts I try to refuel my body with a healthy snack. I am currently loving this Triple Berry Chia Smoothie. It is packed with superfoods and is super simple to make!
