Stick your thumb in it.
The biscuit dough, we mean. Because you’re going to want to make a little well where all that delicious homemade strawberry jam will live. Well, until those biscuits are all eaten up. And they will be–the buttery, crunchy cookie gets a hit of tartness with a burst of summery fruit, and its damn near impossible to stop at just one when they’re paired with ice cream.
They’re a great picnic dessert, and an equally good cookout finale. Which is why we’re giving them the thumbs-in. Er, up.
