Give your morning coffee a fruity twist with a naturally sweet blueberry cold foam. Made with fresh Naturipe Blueberries, this café-inspired topper adds a creamy burst of berry flavor to hot or iced coffee.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup fresh Naturipe Blueberries
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ cup cold milk (dairy or oat milk)
- 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- Ice (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Make the blueberry syrup
Combine blueberries, maple syrup, and water in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the berries soften and release their juices. Strain and allow the syrup to cool.
Create the foam
Add the cold milk and 1–2 tablespoons of blueberry syrup to a milk frother (or whisk vigorously) until light and foamy.
Assemble the drink
Pour the foam over hot or iced coffee and enjoy immediately.
Pro Tips:
- Chill the blueberry syrup before frothing for the fluffiest cold foam.
- Use oat milk for an extra creamy dairy-free option.
