Ingredients

Granola:
2 cups rolled oats
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 cup raw walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon organic brown sugar, divided
1/4 cup butter substitute
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Additional ingredients: low-fat yogurt and 1/2 cup Naturipe® Farms strawberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 325° F. In a medium bowl, combine oats, sesame seeds, nuts, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar; toss to mix. In a small saucepan, melt butter substitute with 1/4 cup brown sugar and vanilla extract. Cook over low heat; stirring, until sugar is dissolved. Pour hot mixture over dry mixture and toss until well coated. Spread mixture onto sprayed cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Mixture will harden as it cools. Serving suggestion:
1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup Naturipe® Farms strawberries, rinsed, dried and sliced
