10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach leaves, cleaned and stems removed
4 cups fresh Naturipe® Farms strawberries, rinsed, drained and sliced
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 cup diced water chestnuts
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Ingredients
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach leaves, cleaned and stems removed

1/4 cup diced red onion
1 cup diced water chestnuts
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Directions
Combine yogurt, mustard, honey and vinegar in a small bowl and mix well; cover and refrigerate several hours before serving. This can be stored for up to 1 week. When ready to serve, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl; just prior to serving, toss with dressing to coat.Nutritional Info
