1-1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Tbs lemon juice
Note : For a thicker syrup, increase the cooking time by 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients
1 cup water1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Tbs lemon juice
Directions
Combine water and sugar in a medium saucepot over high heat. Bring to a boil and cook 7-8 minutes. Add blueberries, bring to a simmer and cook about 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in lemon juice. Cool slightly, then transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.Note : For a thicker syrup, increase the cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
