1 1/2 cups fresh Naturipe Farms cranberries
1 cup fat-free chicken broth
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Turkey Cutlets:
1 lb. boneless, skinless turkey cutlets
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoon fat-free chicken broth
Combine cranberries, chicken broth, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, and pepper in medium saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove pan from heat and let sauce sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Pour sauce through a fine strainer, discarding skins. Reheat sauce before serving over turkey cutlets.
To prepare cutlets:
Season turkey cutlets on both sides with garlic and onion powder. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray; add 2 teaspoons chicken broth and heat over medium-high heat. Add turkey cutlets and cook until browned; turn cutlets over and cook until no longer pink and cooked through.
